Hermes is the name for the highest range of white wines from the Gala winery.
For Hermes wines, they select grapes from the best locations. The wines mature on new or older oak and acacia barrels. during maturation they mix them for 10 months on fine yeast sludge. After bottling, the wine matures in bottles for several months.
TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow color and initially a delicate Aroma opens with citrus fruits lime and grapefruit, followed by vanilla and herbal notes thyme and mint.
On the palate salty, mineral, complex and perfectly rounded with oakwood notes and biscuits.
This Sauvignon is Ready to drink, although if you leave it in the bottle in your collection it can age for up to 10 years and become even better.
